With over thirty years of experience in skin health and beauty, Dina Maynard, our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, has participated in the evolution of an industry. After a decade of work in therapeutic and spa treatments, she found that the needs of her aging clients were changing and “feel good” treatments were not enough. The relaxing spa environment was not addressing the needs of aging skin and did little to address skin health.
This changed on November 25, 1996, when Dina attended a seminar given by world-renowned facial plastic surgeon Michael Sullivan, MD, FACS, MBA. This meeting marked a pivotal moment in an industry that was just beginning to understand the complex needs of aging skin.
The next twenty-plus years were spent in a partnership with Dr. Sullivan at The Sullivan Centre for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Columbus, Ohio. To be the best, you must train and educate with the best. Together, Dina and Dr. Sullivan developed pre- and post-operative skin health protocols for laser, light, and surgical procedures. They perfected skin prep and recovery protocols and educated patients on breakthrough, cutting-edge products and treatments. They learned, through science, preventative treatments that assist patients in aging forward with their healthiest skin. Dina travels the country, meeting with the best in the skin health field, training with the surgeons, dermatologists, physicists, and cosmetic chemists that are shaping the industry. She understands and teaches that true skin health is a lifelong journey, not just a bottle of cream.
Your partnership begins with a full skin assessment and discussion of your skin health goals and history, and culminates in the creation of a customized treatment plan. Dina has built her career on education and science. Her approach is one of open communication to provide an understanding of what is required to achieve YOUR healthiest skin.

Melissa Clevenger

Hi, I’m Melissa Clevenger! I’m a board-certified Nurse Practitioner based in Columbus, Ohio. I graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2011 and as a Nurse Practitioner in 2016 from The Ohio State University. I spent most of my NP career in Primary and Urgent Care settings in Chicago, Illinois building a strong foundation in patient care.
Over the years, I have developed a passion for aesthetics witnessing first-hand how medical-grade skin care, lasers, and injectables have completely transformed not only my own skin, but family and friends. I know how impactful this has been in boosting self-esteem, confidence, and a sense of empowerment, and cannot imagine a more fulfilling career than helping others feel this way every single day. I’ve immersed myself in advanced aesthetic education, completing numerous accredited training courses, including a rigorous six-month preceptorship with The Confidence Lab in Chicago, Illinois, building a strong foundation in patient care. There, I honed my skills in procedures such as dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
My transition into aesthetics has been a purposeful and rewarding shift, one that perfectly blends my medical expertise with a lifelong appreciation for beauty and aesthetics. My approach is centered on safety, honesty, and natural results that enhance the features that make each person uniquely themselves.

Maggie Mulherin

Maggie is a highly skilled and dedicated aesthetic nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, committed to enhancing the natural beauty and confidence of her patients. With a background in emergency medicine and interventional cardiology, Maggie brings over fourteen years of acute care nursing experience along with four years in aesthetic medicine as an advanced practice nurse.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, Maggie furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing graduating with honors in 2020. Upon graduation, Maggie pursued further education in aesthetic medicine by attending national trainings to hone her skills as a safe and skilled practitioner.
Passionate about individualized patient care, Maggie takes the time to understand each client’s unique goals and concerns. She specializes in a range of aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation techniques. Maggie is known for her gentle approach and artistic eye.
Maggie resides in Clintonville with her husband and daughter and is looking forward to joining BonneVie MD and helping patients aesthetic goals become a reality.

As a Medical Aesthetician with three years of experience, Haley specializes in blending wellness practices with advanced clinical facials to achieve optimal skin health. Her passion lies in helping clients achieve not only glowing skin but also overall well-being by addressing the root causes of skin concerns, such as stress, diet, and lifestyle to help clients achieve their best complexion. Haley aims to deliver results-oriented facials by addressing skin concerns from multiple angles. Her goal is to offer a rejuvenating experience that supports long-term skin health and quality.

Passionate about beauty and self-expression, Emma embarked on her journey in the aesthetics industry by enrolling in cosmetology school in 2021, where she honed her skills and deepened her love for all things beauty. Throughout her training, she developed a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity, mastering techniques in hair, makeup, and skincare. With three years of experience, she has gained a strong understanding of skincare treatments and wellness services, ensuring every client feels welcomed and informed.
Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Emma excels at managing appointments, answering inquiries, and coordinating with the treatment team to create a seamless experience for all guests. Her attention to detail and organizational skills contribute to the efficient operation of the front desk.
